Cindy Male of St. Croix - fabric artist, teacher, gallery director, interior designer and muralist - is currently an MFA candidate in Fiber at Savannah College of Art and Design. Her thesis work will take the form of a multi-media installation, accessing her studies in Chaos Theory, Spirituality and Consciousness. She combines several interests when she paints wall murals and uses motifs from the murals in original "accent" fabrics and simulated "oil cloth" rugs.
